I had a really enjoyable stay here and recommend. View was magnificent, breakfast was savoury, and beds were comfy. The staff were all hospitable, attentive.

Location and staff were very good and I especially appreciated that the place was clean. Enjoyable location with a train station walk from the hotel. It was an easy walk to Metropol, where you can have lunch😀

the hotel was proper, but i stayed for 4 nights only. great beds and terrace and closet space. they made my stay outstanding. easy check-in. poolside bar with moderately priced drinks.

The hotel is top-notch; has awsome location and staff. Walk from a train station, nice prestigious area. Besides, an imposing mountain is 10 minutes' drive away.

I enjoyed the hotel and its staff, helpful! Close to english church and other sights in Zermatt. Metropol, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the property.

Nothing it was perfect.
